Adult classes are offered from beginners to advanced and last one hour. Classes begin with a warm up and stretching and move on to training on forms, self defense, and sparring. Some weeks have a focus on kicking drills and sparring while some weeks are more focused on forms and self defense techniques in preparation for belt tests.
Dedicated Adult classes are offered Monday – Friday at 7pm with additional class times available where youth and adults train together. The first week of class is free, giving you a chance to decided if Taekwondo is right for you. Check the full schedule for all class times.
